How to use detergent tablets?
Our lives are always made easier by downsizing the products but providing the same benefits and uses. We’re always looking for compact-sized, easy to handle, and store products. And it’s the same when it comes to our everyday detergent. Normally detergent is either in a powdered or liquid form. These are available in various sizes but must be stored properly without spills until the whole product is used up. To make this easier, we have detergent tablets or detergent pods.
Detergent tablets contain laundry detergent in a compact and easy-to-use form. Each tablet contains a premeasured quantity of detergent that is required per wash. These tablets are used by placing them in the detergent drawer of the washing machine. If there is no detergent drawer, place it at the back of the drum before the clothes are loaded. Here are a few tips for using detergent tablets.
- Check the water hardness before using detergent tablets because the hardness of water determines how many tables may be needed per load
- Check the labels on the clothes, clothes that require sensitive wash are not suitable for this
- Detergent tablets are solely used for the washing machine. They cannot be used for hand wash
- Always check the load of the washing machine. Overloading it, will not only damage the washing machine but also the detergent tablet will not be enough
- Depending on the size of the load, either one or two tablets are used per wash.
- It is important to use the right temperature for the wash. The temperature has to be above 30 degrees Celsius for the detergent tablet to dissolve.
